Fruits and Vegetables Processing Innovative Technology and Equipment Team
Principal Investigator: Xu Yujuan, Research Fellow / Ph.D.
The team consists of 21 members, including 6 research fellows, a Specialist of China Agriculture Research System, and a Chief Specialist of Provincial Agriculture Research System. The team mainly conducts systematic research on the processing characteristics and quality evaluation of subtropical fruits and vegetables, the material basis and mechanism of subtropical fruits and vegetables processing quality deterioration, the key technologies and equipment of subtropical fruits and vegetables processing, and the high-value utilization of subtropical fruits and vegetables processing by-products. The team has won 12 Ministerial and Provincial-Level Science and Technology Awards, including 5 first-class prizes. Over 70 invention patents were authorized and more than 300 papers were published. The team was also selected as the "National Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation Excellent Team" and "National March 8th Red-banner Collective".
